TrinityPasco 5k for Tunnel to Towers

For this project, I volunteered as an event photographer at the Trinity Pasco 5K, hosted in support of the Tunnel to Towers Foundation . This organization is dedicated to honoring first responders, military heroes, and their families.

My goal was to capture the spirit of community and resilience that defined the event. Using my Canon EOS RP, I documented key moments throughout the day from the energy at the starting line to the emotion and pride at the finish. I focused on storytelling through images that highlight the runners’ determination, volunteer teamwork, and the event’s patriotic atmosphere.

This project allowed me to combine my passion for photography with giving back to a meaningful cause. It strengthened my experience in event and action photography, while reinforcing the impact that visuals can have in sharing stories of service, unity, and community pride.
